Our automated support offerings allow us to do tri-weekly workstation checks for as little as R50/month per device and our 24/7 Server Monitor service for as little as R550/month per server.

Our skilled technicians are available 24 hours a day.  This allows our clients to entrust us with their ICT (Information and Communication Technology) infrastructure, to ensure it operates effectively without fail.

Pro-active Server Monitoring & Alerting:
In addition to overall performance reporting and daily Server Checks, we provide proactive alerts to offer early warning of potential system failures and unusual resource utilisation issues.  This is just another component to our Complete IT Support product range.

Pro-active Support:
With great emphasis placed on pro-actively preventing downtime across all platforms, we continually monitor your servers, desktops and laptops.  Our pro-active support measures include:

Re-active Support:
At NerdLab, we have dedicated teams that specialize in remote and onsite re-active support requests.  One of our Tier 1 support consultants will attempt to resolve the problem either telephonically or remotely depending on available options.  If the problem is not resolved by our Tier 1 support consultant an onsite technician will be sent to resolve the problem within the stipulated SLA time frames.
