Our Desktop Support team offers a variety of services to end users.  Desktop Support is available Monday - Friday, 8am to 6pm while Emergency Support is available 24hours a day.  Desktop Support covers hardware and software troubleshooting and repairs to PC’s, Laptops and Mobile devices. Emergency Support or Priority support covers Servers, Critical systems and backup monitoring.

Our experienced Technicians are able to professionally and efficiently deal with any eventuality.

NerdLab has an excellent relationship with our suppliers which puts us in a unique position to offer prompt service while minimising disruptions.

Our technicians have a broad knowledge, offering support on Windows, Linux and Mac systems.

Our goal is to produce skilled individuals and continually develop them as our most valued assets.
